Liliana Allin

Liliana Allin has been a member of the Second District Team since 1998. She is Supervisor Tavaglione's Legislative Assistant, she is responsible for scheduling, reimbursements, correspondence, business trips, recognitions and constituent casework.

Liliana and her husband have three young sons, and reside in Loma Linda. Liliana graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in 1997, with a B.A. Degree in Business Administration. Liliana is fluent in Spanish.

Karen Christensen

Karen ChristensenKaren has been with Supervisor Tavaglione since he was first elected in 1995. She currently serves as a Senior Legislative Assistant, and is responsible for social issues, code enforcement, and animal control. Karen is also the liaison to the Supervisors Youth Advisory Council.

Karen and her husband Jon have a son and daughter, Erik and Ashley, and reside in the Orangecrest area of Riverside. Karen graduated from the University of Redlands in 1996, with a B.S. Degree in Business and Management.

John Field

John FieldJohn has been with the Supervisor's office since 1998, as Chief of Staff. His duties include planning, development, transportation and environmental issues. John is a life-long resident of Riverside and lives with his wife Trish, and children Kristen, Charles, and Victoria in the Canyon Crest area. John has a B.S. degree from Cal Poly Pomona in Urban and Regional Planning. Before joining the supervisor's staff, John worked for the Riverside County Economic Development Agency primarily working on redevelopment projects in the Second District.

Donna Johnston

Donna JohnstonDonna has been with Supervisor Tavaglione since January 3, 1995. She is a Senior Legislative Assistant and the lead in Jurupa Valley, Home Gardens, and Norco constituent casework and community meetings and events. She is also responsible for Riverside Transit Agency issues, senior services, mental health, APS, homeless, the Second District Health Fair for seniors. Prior to joining the Supervisor's staff, she was a member of the Jurupa Area Recreation & Parks District Board, and assisted with a family business. Donna has worked as executive secretary for several large corporations.

Donna and her husband Frank are 30-year residents of Mira Loma, and are both community volunteers with Jurupa Valley Citizen Patrol have three grown children and two grandchildren.

Jason Farin

Jason Farin joined Supervisor Tavaglione's Office as a Supervisor's Board Assistant in March of 2013.  His primary responsibilities include website maintenance, the quarterly newsletter, proclamations and certificates, memorial resolutions, senior luncheons, and letters of support. Prior to joining the Supervisor's office, Jason worked for Riverside County's Economic Development Agency as a Development Specialist for the Workforce Development Centers and Project Management Office.

Jason has been a resident of Riverside since 2005. He graduated from the University of California Riverside in 2009, where he earned his B.A. Degree in Art History, and from California State University San Bernardino in 2011, where he earned his Master in Public Administration. Jason currently lives in Riverside and occasionally volunteers for the Riverside Arts Council.

Tiffany Estevez

Tiffany Estevez is the Legislative Intern for Supervisor Tavaglione. Tiffany oversees the Second District Youth Advisory Council, and joined the team in July of 2011. In addition to coordinating the Youth Advisory Council and working on council led community projects, Tiffany also works closely with the Riverside County Youth Commission and Legislative Intern team. Currently, Tiffany is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in English at the University of California, Riverside.

William Luna

William Luna is a Legislative Intern for Supervisor Tavaglione. William Oversees the Second District Youth Advisory Council, and Joined the team in April of 2013. In addition to coordinating the Second District Youth Advisory Council and working hands on with council led community service projects, William works closely with the Riverside County Youth Commission and Legislative Intern team. William was also a member of the Second District Youth Advisory Council for four years during his High school education and commissioner for three of those four years until he graduated in 2011 from Rim of the World High School. William is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at the University of California, Riverside.
