El Cerrito is a census-designated place (CDP) in Riverside County. It is an unincorporated area mostly surrounded by the city of Corona. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.1 km²), of which, 3.0 square miles (7.7 km²) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²) of it (5.11%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 4,590 people, 1,292 households, and 1,122 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,545.6 people per square mile (596.7/km²). There were 1,331 housing units at an average density of 448.2/sq mi (173.0/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 71.02% White, 2.22% Black or African American, 0.92% Native American, 1.24% Asian, 0.46% Pacific Islander, 19.83% from other races, and 4.31% from two or more races. 37.21% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
Highgrove is a census-designated place (CDP) in Riverside County.Highgrove is located in an unincorporated area of Riverside County between the City of Riverside and the City of Grand Terrace. The population was 3,988 at the 2010 census, up from 3,445 at the 2000 census.
The 2010 United States Census reported that Highgrove had a population of 3,988. The population density was 1,239.0 people per square mile (478.4/km²). The racial makeup of Highgrove was 2,104 (52.8%) White, 162 (4.1%) African American, 41 (1.0%) Native American, 113 (2.8%) Asian, 13 (0.3%) Pacific Islander, 1,388 (34.8%) from other races, and 167 (4.2%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino were 2,604 persons (65.3%).
Home Gardens is a census-designated place (CDP) in Riverside County, California, United States. The population was 9,461 at the 2000 census. As of the census of 2000, there were 9,461 people, 2,302 households, and 1,952 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 8,793.4 people per square mile (3,382.3/km²). There were 2,365 housing units at an average density of 2,198.1/sq mi (845.5/km²).
The racial makeup of the CDP was 47.91% White, 3.38% Black or African American, 1.32% Native American, 4.57% Asian, 0.22% Pacific Islander, 38.11% from other races, and 4.48% from two or more races. 66.52% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
